I feel empowered

I was running with just pepper spray, but always worried what I would do if someone attacked me from behind and I couldn’t properly use the pepper spray. Having the go guarded handheld and pepper spray combo gives me options to defend myself in different situations. It makes me worry less when I run early in the morning before the suns out. I like that it’s also visible in my hand, hopefully making any attacker think twice about attacking me.

Mace a little finicky

I recently purchased another hand-held mace but decided to also order the Go Guarded because I wanted the knife feature handheld as well. The other brand of mace is easier to turn and the canister stays in one place in the hand-held. The Go-guarded seems to get a little stuck (the turning mechanism) and the canister seems to spin and kind of slip down in the holder. I "practice' from time to time quickly turning the mace open to spray because - let's face it - in the unlikely event of needing this, under pressure; there won't be time to make sure the mace is positioned correctly. Other than that; it's comfortable to hold and I appreciate the handheld knife option.

I feel safer already!

I have been looking for something that fits my hand comfortably and this product is just right! I run alone and need something that gives me confidence that I can protect myself if needed. This device is just what I've been looking for, I hope I never have to use it but if I do, I'll be ready!

Love this! Feel Empowered

It really just makes me feel safe while running. Gives me the power to know I am not going down without a fight. I live in an area growing that has constant construction and tons of people coming and going into our neighborhood. I had a white truck follow me and then I knew I needed to protect myself.
