The ring fits great and has inserts if you need to make it tighter. Luckily I haven't had to use it but feel so much safer with it. Bought one for my daughter also. I've had no worries about poking myself.

I love these little protection rings so much I am back for more. I keep one in my car at all times and also in my purse. My kids have started running (and I can’t keep up) so I will feel so much better with them each wearing one when they run.

I have had the knife/pepper spray for 39 days. I have kept it with me when I leave my home and nothing has started falling apart. The Velcro is still in place and still strong.

With the shorter winter days the river trail that I frequent is very dark and I'm often running alone. The Go Guarded ring makes me feel like I have a quick, efficient response to at least stun a baddie while I get my pepper spray. Between the two I feel more secure. It's not the most comfortable thing to wear, but, honestly, I think that's better so that I always remember it's there and ready to go when I need it. A lot of different thoughts go through your head when you're out alone in the dark, but if you can prepare for bad situations that may arise those thoughts aren't as invasive and you can perform better. I'm absolutely happy with my purchase and want to tell all of the lone lady runners I pass about it.
I don’t even know how to begin, I purchased the ring. Slip it on your finger, (index finger for me).
And there is no fuss no muss. I’m 73 years old and walk, there are bob cats and coyotes in my neighborhood, and probably boogie men. I can no longer run for my life, and I can no longer make a fist, and I’m not strong. Now, in my mind, I feel, via this finger. I have a chance to save my life should I ever have to.

I love putting this on when I'm going out to get steps and when I'm walking my little yorkie. I order two for both hands incase I can't use one of my arms and I'm a trainer who will be ordering this for my female clients.
This is the perfect device for confidence in some safety while running outdoors alone or with my children. I know it would give me a buffer of time if an animal or other type of predator came at me. Customer service with the company was also wonderful. I emailed them that I entered the wrong address right after purchasing, and since it hadn’t been shipped, they emailed me back almost immediately confirming it would be changed for me. I feel much more comfortable on my outdoor walks and runs now, thanks to this device.

This piece is well constructed. It is lightweight and the velcro strap can be adjusted to fit over gloves.
This fits comfortably in my hand and is discreet. It gives me comfort to know I have something with me, if I ever need it, to defend myself.
