I bought this for my daughter in a medium but wish I had bought a large to accommodate gloves in winter.
Love my Go Guarded stun device. It fits comfortably in my hand while out on my runs, even fits with gloves on. I like that it's rechargeable, lightweight, comes with a flashlight and it's easy to operate. Hopefully I'll never need to use it but I like having it for extra peace of mind.

I’ve been getting into running, but as it gets darker earlier, I’ve been feeling a bit uneasy about running outdoors by myself. Started wearing the ring any time I know my run is going to last into the later hours, and it gives me great peace of mind. I like not having to worry about fumbling with a pepper spray and feel more confident in my ability to defend myself since the ring is essentially attached to me. I was initially worried I would feel more like a risk to myself running with a weapon, but the design of this ring is very well thought out. I feel so much safer running with this and now I won’t do a night run without it.
I carry pepper spray when I walk with my Doberman, and I love having the Go Guarded handheld knife on a crossbody strap across my chest too. My dog is fearless, but the frequency and severity of Pit Bull attacks in this country is steady and I want the means to defend us if need be. I keep a Go Guarded pen style knife in my purse as well. I have given both styles of knives to friends who have threatening Pit Bulls in their neighborhood that have escaped more than once. I'm so thankful for this company's products and the peace of mind that comes from carrying them!
I absolutely love this. I run with the ring when it’s warm but love this option when it’s cold over gloves. I feel so empowered and safe, much safer than if I had pepper spray.
I really like the feeling of safety while carrying this. I carry the flashlight noise maker in my pocket as well. I do have to be careful though, as the stun device is very easy to activate .
I have been running low for almost 10 years . In this last year I have had to run at 4/5am as I have my toddler at home and work full time . I need to be home in the am with her before work and etc. I am feelin go more comfortable running in the dark , but really felt like I needed something to protect me being a female runner . This was it !
